What materials are your ceramics made from?
Our ceramics are handcrafted from high-quality clay and finished with non-toxic, food-safe glazes. Each piece is made with care to ensure durability and beauty.
Are your ceramics food-safe?
Not all of our ceramics are food-safe. Only the pieces specifically designed for eating or drinking are guaranteed to be 100% safe for food use. Please check individual product descriptions for more details.
Can your ceramics be used in the microwave or dishwasher?
Most of our ceramics are microwave and dishwasher safe. However, for the longevity of your pieces, we recommend handwashing and avoiding sudden temperature changes, especially for delicate, handmade items.
Do you offer custom orders or personalized ceramics?
Yes! We accept custom orders and personalized requests. Feel free to contact us with your ideas, and we’ll work with you to create a unique, one-of-a-kind piece.
How do I care for my ceramic pieces?
To care for your ceramics, avoid sudden temperature changes, like moving them from the oven to cold water. Handwashing is recommended, although many pieces are dishwasher safe. Always use soft sponges and non-abrasive cleaners.
Are the colors and designs exactly as shown in the pictures?
Since all of our ceramics are handmade, there may be slight variations in color, size, and design, making each piece unique. We do our best to provide accurate photos, but small differences are part of the charm of handcrafted items.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges on unused items within 14 days of delivery. Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue.
What should I do if my ceramic piece arrives broken?
We carefully package each piece to avoid damage, but accidents can happen. If your item arrives broken, please send us a photo of the damage within 48 hours, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 2/3 days. For custom or made-to-order items, please allow between 2 to 3 weeks for production. Shipping times vary by location, and tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping! Shipping fees and times will vary depending on the destination. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.
Can I see the ceramics in person before purchasing?
At the moment, we are an online-only store. However, we occasionally participate in local markets and exhibitions. Follow us on social media to stay updated on where you can find us in person!
Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
Yes! We offer gift wrapping. Simply select the option at checkout, and we’ll make sure your purchase is beautifully packaged and ready for gifting.
Are your ceramics eco-friendly?
We are committed to sustainability and use eco-friendly processes and materials wherever possible. We reuse materials as much as possible to package your order. When reuse is no longer an option, we use recycled materials. We also recycle our clay whenever possible, minimizing waste at every step.
