Marta is the face and soul behind Manteiga.

She fell in love with ceramics in 2018, while studying at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Lisbon. Ever since, she has dreamed of sharing her art with everyone who, like her, finds beauty in the simplicity of things. Today, she is proud to turn that dream into reality.

For Marta, ceramics are a form of expression and a way to connect people through objects. Each piece she creates is an extension of her passion for what she does.

manteiga.ceramica was born from an inspiration drawn from the irregular and (im)perfect forms of nature, resulting in unique and organic pieces, handmade with great dedication and careful attention to detail.
